INFORMATION (Privacy Code) Under the Art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree No.196/03

ALITRANSPORT S.r.l. organizes a coach transport service on behalf and under  the responsibility of Italian Airline Alitalia S.p.a. (ALITALIA). This service is reserved to pre-formed groups of Alitalia passengers/customers («Groups») offering Grand Touring/Premier coaches connecting with different terminals, routes and times between Fiumicino Airport and Rome (our «Services» hereinafter).
As these Services are exclusively reserved to Alitalia passengers, the customer must give his consent to both ALITRANSPORT and ALITALIA to check his peronal flight ticket and also providing any essential data and information to join the groups and paying the services.

1.Treatment purpose:
Personal data provided to ALITRANSPORT on behalf of ALITALIA written on the form, will be treated to allow both the provision of coach transport services and the adherence to the pre-formed ALITALIA passengers groups.

2.Further purposes: marketing and advertising
By your specific consent, collected personal data will also be treated for marketing and advertising purposes, bids and services of Alitalia and its subsidiaries, business partners and ALITRANSPORT Ltd. Services.
The consent to treatment for such purposes is not mandatory and refusing it does not affect the provision of required services.

3.Terms of treatment:
In accordance with the above-mentioned purposes, personal data will be  treated either by information and telematic tools or on paper and, in any case, by using instruments that ensure safety and privacy, taking security measures established by the Code. We inform you that your data will be stored by the office of the holder of the treatment and by ALITRANSPORT S.r.l. which has been appointed responsible for the data treatment for protection purposes. Personal data could be communicated to subjects to whom the communication is mandatory under both the law regulations and the orderings of public authorities; to subjects closely related to the provision of services or with whom it is necessary to interact for this provision; to subjects appointed by ALITRANSPORT S.r.l. and Alitalia to carry out technical maintenance, if the Customer gave his specific consent to subsidiaries and business partners.
Please note that computer systems and software procedures working for the portal in which you join Groups, may acquire - while running - some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of internet communication protocols (for example, IP addresses). These data are not collected to be associated with the customer, but they could enable its identification.
These data are gathered and may be used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the site and to verify its functioning; actually they will be deleted just after processing. Data could be therefore beused to check possible computer crimes if required by the appropriate public authority.

4.Data communication and diffusion:
ALITALIA and ALITRANSPORT s.r.l.employees responsible for the data treatment, together with expressly appointed third-party companies and external bodies responsible for the treatment, will have access to personal data.
In spite of what declared before about data transmission, none of te user's personal data will be diffused in any way by ALITALIA.

5.Holder and responsible for data treatment:
The holder of personal data treatment provided by users is Alitalia- Italian Airline S.p.A. located in Piazza Almerico da Schio, RPU building – 00054 – Fiumicino - Rome  The external responsible for the processing is ALITRANSPORT S.r.l., Via della Maglianella 266.

6.Rights under Art. 7 of the Code:
Subjects whose data have been treated by Alitalia and Alitransport S.r.l. could ask at any time for confirmation of personal data existence. They could also verify contents and origins, check the correctness or ask for integration, updating, correction or even data deletion, according to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, writing to the following e-mail address: privacy@alitalia.it
